Korean Chicken Fry / Indian Style

Korean Fried Chicken, also known as KFC, is a popular Korean dish made of fried chicken that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chicken is typically seasoned with a combination of spices and coated in a batter made with flour, cornstarch, and sometimes rice flour. It is then deep-fried until golden brown and crispy.

The sauce used for Korean Fried Chicken varies, but it often includes a sweet and spicy combination of ingredients such as gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. The sauce is usually applied to the fried chicken wings or drumsticks while they are still hot, giving the chicken a sticky and flavorful glaze.

Korean Fried Chicken is often served as an appetizer or snack, and is commonly enjoyed with a cold beer. In Korea, it is also a popular dish to eat while watching sports or playing games with friends.

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 egg

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
